TOSHIBA ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH TAGEOS FOR RFID LABELS IN EUROPE

Toshiba Tec has partnered with Tageos and has thereby extended its RFID label offer to its customers in Europe.

Neuss/Germany – May 2016, Toshiba announced its distribution partnership with Tageos - a cutting edge European RFID tag manufacturer of 100% paper-based UHF RFID labels. By adding Tageos’ comprehensive portfolio of paper-based RFID labels and hangtags Toshiba expands its already extensive range of consumables for its barcode and label printers.

Tageos’ breakthrough UHF RFID labels are equipped with the latest next-generation RFID chips. The paper-based labels use no plastic inlay and therefore support the sustainability efforts of businesses. Customers will also benefit from the cost-effectiveness of these labels which can be enjoyed without having to compromise on quality. Ideal for applications across various industries which require RFID technology, the labels have been approved for use with Toshiba’s barcode systems and label printers.
