TOSHIBA LAUNCHES TWO NEW A4 MODELS

Toshiba expands its product portfolio with two new A4 multifunction systems. Highly reliable and efficient the two models meet the increasing demand in the market.

Neuss/Germany – April 2016, Toshiba today announced the launch of two new A4 multifunction systems: the monochrome e-STUDIO425S and the colour e-STUDIO306CS. Both devices come with print, scan, copy and fax function as standard and thus cover all areas of office document handling. With their compact design and reliable performance these systems are ideal for small to mid-sized companies and workgroups.

Built to streamline business workflows the e-STUDIO425S and e-STUDIO306CS help increase efficiency and deliver the high-quality document output which give companies a competitive edge. Featuring a built-in HDD the performance of both models is enhanced significantly as a wide range of applications can run directly on the systems. This is also supported by the embedded solution framework – designed to support the easy implementation of additional software to let customers make full use of the potential of the e-STUDIO425S and e-STUDIO306CS. By implementing dedicated accounting or document management solutions, Toshiba’s new models can be part of modern document automation workflows and help maximise the return on investment.

The colour touch panel on the systems allows intuitive access to all features and helps get work done faster. Via the optional card reader users can even directly access their print jobs. This not only, once more, saves time, it also increases data security, as documents can only be printed and viewed by the owner. A wireless LAN option adds additional connectivity possibilities to meet the requirements of modern offices.

Utmost reliability and excellent document quality can be taken for granted on both systems. Where they differ is in speed and paper capacity. The e-STUDIO306cs has a print speed of 30 pages per minute (ppm), in monochrome as well as in colour, and a paper capacity of up to 1,450 sheets. Advanced colour print functions such as the automatic named colour replacement allow optimised colour output for the creation of perfect documents. The monochrome e-STUDIO425s impresses with a speed of 42 ppm and has a paper capacity of up to 2,000 sheets, ensuring that even large print jobs are processed smoothly and without the need to refill paper.

“We are seeing the continuing demand for A4 systems in the market” says Uta Schulte, Product Manager at Toshiba TEC. “With the two new models, the e-STUDIO425S and the e-STUDIO306CS, we are now extending our existing A4 product range in monochrome as well as colour to meet this demand. Our customers now have an even larger choice of systems, making sure we have the perfect match for the individual needs of different businesses.”

Toshiba’s continued efforts to contribute to a greener tomorrow are also reflected in these two new models. Energy save modes and the built-in duplex printing feature help save valuable resources and at the same time ensure a lower total cost of ownership.

The availability of these products throughout Europe may vary from country to country.
